The Production Module<\/strong> automates the manufacturing of finished goods, deducts raw materials, and posts completed products to inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if you bake bread, the system automatically deducts flour, eggs, and other ingredients, then adds the finished product \u2014 bread \u2014 to your warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is a Tech Card <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A production recipe is an instruction that defines what is being produced, from which materials, and in what quantities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tech Card Fields<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Name<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Enter a clear and recognizable name to easily find the tech card in the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Produce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In this section, define:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • the finished product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • the quantity to be produced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Important: all materials and costs are calculated based on the specified output quantity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For example, if the tech card is set to produce 10 loaves of bread, all ingredients must be calculated for 10 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Materials Used<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Add all items required for production:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • select a product from the catalog;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • specify the required quantity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Additional option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Optional material \u2014 can be excluded during production launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Cost Price<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The cost of finished goods is automatically calculated based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • cost of materials used;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • additional expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Additional Expenses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Two types of additional costs can be included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Fixed per batch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • independent of quantity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • e.g., delivery costs for a batch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Per unit costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • calculated per produced unit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • e.g., electricity or packaging per item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              These values can be adjusted when launching production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              A free-text field for recipes, instructions, or internal notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Save<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Click Save<\/strong> to create the tech card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Click the Start<\/strong> button next to the desired tech card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Quantity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  Enter the amount of products to produce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Materials Breakdown<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  The system automatically calculates required materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Key behaviors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • insufficient stock is highlighted in red;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • production can still proceed even with shortages (stock may go negative);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • actual material usage can be manually adjusted;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • changes affect final cost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • optional materials can be disabled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Semi-Finished Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                    If materials include items with their own tech cards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • production can be launched directly from this screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      A separate production flow will open for the semi-finished item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Additional Expenses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                      Values from the tech card are prefilled but can be adjusted before launching production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          Automatically Created Documents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                          AinurPOS generates two documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          1. Material write-off document<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          2. Goods receipt document<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                            Each document includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            • production date;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • tech card name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • source and destination warehouses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                              How to Reverse Production<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                              To cancel production, delete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              • the material write-off document;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • the goods receipt document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                After that, production can be re-run with corrected parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
