How to erase all data and start from scratch?

After registration, you have 14 days when you can test and test all the functionality of AinurPOSwithout restrictions. By the time you decide to continue working with our system, you will have created a certain amount of test data, products, documents, and employees that you no longer need in your main activity.

You can try to delete everything manually, but it is better to use the data deletion function. It is located in the company settings of the web version.

Attention! All data is permanently deleted. It will not be possible to restore them.

Catalog. By selecting this item, you will permanently delete all products, services, and kits.

Orders. This item deletes all documents related to the change of the stock goods. Based on the documents of receipt of the goods, the cost price is considered. Clearing all movement documents to reset the balances and the cost of goods.

The transactions. This item deletes all documents related to payments. Based on the orders, a financial report is generated. Clearing all documents of money movement will reset all settlements with suppliers, calculation of cumulative discounts of customers, and the amount of money on accounts and in cash registers.

Suppliers. This item clears the supplier database. After clearing this item, you need to manually create a supplier so that you can create a Purchase or Return Purchase document because the supplier field is required in these documents.

Customers. This item clears the customer base. After clearing this item, you need to manually create a customer so that you can create a Sale or Return of Sale document since the customer field is required in these documents.

Stores and accounts. This item deletes all stores and accounts created by you. After clearing this item, you need to manually create a store so that you can create some kind of product document. The store is a required field in all documents. In addition, the store is necessary for the operation of cash register applications.

Attention! If you have stock in a store that you plan to delete through data cleanup, you need to either move these stock  to another store or write them off. Otherwise, the system may mistakenly calculate the balances and cost.

Cash registers and shifts. This item deletes all cash registers and shifts created in cash register applications. After clearing this item, you need to manually create new cash registers so that you can use the AinurPOS cash register applications.
